Great variety of food in the breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful when we needed directions. The location was convenient, close to the subway station and shopping areas. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities were decent and the pool area was a nice place to relax.
The hotel lacked the promised 4-star quality. There was no complimentary water provided in the room.

Given we had a car, the ease of parking was great (tho' we had to pay) coupled with nearby access to metro station as we didn't want to drive into the centre of the city. Both the bed side reading lights worked - a rarity in Spain!!!!!
